Here is the best diet mix

3 cups ground beef
3 cups feeder insects
1 cup beef heart
1 cup flax seed
1/3 cup wheat bran
1/3 cup spinach or fresh thyme(you would use less dried thyme. Thyme is higher in K and iron than spinach)
3tbls black strap molasses(for iron)
2 tbls nutritional yeast(for iron and B vitamins)
Always add vinegar, cider preferred. I also add DE to the mix to help control worms. Thyme is said to help with this also.
Some wheat germ oil should be given for Vit E which also helps if to much retinol is given like you add cheese or give cheese for treats, it inhibits ratinol absorption.
